Urbanease Property Management is an Incorporated Company (Inc.) founded by Elia K and Matty K, seasoned professionals with extensive experience in property management and hospitality. The company is located in Greater Vancouver and focuses on managing short-term rental properties within the region.
Being Short-Term Rental Property owners and Super Hosts themselves, Elia and Matty saw the absence of a reliable, expert, and trustworthy company providing full property management services. Furthermore, the short-term rental market is rapidly growing in Vancouver, and there is a growing need for reliable and professional property management services.
